Description
Latex·ite® Optimum® Driveway Re-Surfacer is tarmac sealer that is designed not only make your tarmac driveway look like new, but will also protect it from degredation, weed growth, abrasion, oil and other chemicals. This asphalt emulsion is designed to provide strength and flexibility by using an advanced polymer system and it will leave your driveway or other tarmac area with a deep black colour. It’s easy to mix and apply because of the EZ-Stir Gel formulation so it will save you time and effort.
Uses
Latexite Optimum driveway Re-surfacer uses a titanium additive which means it is particularly suitable for tarmac that has been sealed before as it will create a strong bond between the old sealer and the new. It is equally suitable for any driveway in any condition.
Coverage
Smooth / Previously Sealed Driveways:
19Ltr pail will cover approximately 35 - 45 M2. per coat
Rough / Porous / Never Been Sealed:
1 4.75gal pail will cover approximately 25 - 35 M2. per coat
